Typewriters are cool, right?

Am I going crazy? Maybe.

But I found this idea in one of my wedding magazines: Setting up a typewriter for guests to give us their well-wishes on. It'd be a neat keep-sake that I could put in one of those aluminum tube thingies and take out every few years to re-read for nostalgic reasons.

Ha, I just thought about how you could gauge how the night goes on by the amount of curse words and typos on the paper afterwards... Sweet.

  2. also, another neat idea if you can't find a working typewriter is the polaroid picture book. take a picture of each couple (or single) person that comes in and they write their note in a book, to which you'll put their instant picture next to!

  3. Oh my god, I was thinking about that too!! Definitely great minds think alike on this one! We thought the typewriter would be more practical because I really think people would get drunk and take the pictures instead of leaving them, and that it might be more expensive in the end since I don't own a polaroid!
Got any more ideas we can share? hahaha
